For the purposes of these terms and conditions, 'us' 'we' and 'our' refer to Spirit and Life Ministries. We are not a registered charity although we consider much of our work to be of a charitable status.

This website is intended to provide information about Spirit and Life's activities and issues relevant to its objectives.

The message board is provided to you free of charge. If you don’t like what you read or you don’t like any changes or additions to the message board, then please do not use it.
When you decide to register with us you’re effectively telling us that you’re over 18 years old or you’re under 18 and have been given your parents’ consent to use the message board. We do not allow those who are 13 years old or younger to use the website.
In return for offering you access to our fabulous message board and the benefit of our services, you agree that all the information and opinions you provide us with now or at any time in the future are true, accurate and genuinely held.
Be warned, you are responsible for the content of all the messages you send to us. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your registration if we decide that you are violating any of the following guidelines:

That’s a lot to take in but it’s important we keep the message board clean, fun and informative. Contributions must be civil and tasteful - no lewdness please. We reserve the right to delete any such material from the message board if we want to.
(3) You must not impersonate any other person or entity, whether actual or fictitious or use an inappropriate member name of any kind.
(4) You must not post content or participate in any form of discussion with the intention of committing any illegal activity.
(5) You must also not use the message board in such a way that might reasonably be expected to cause damage to it or make it less efficient or could in any way damage any one else’s computer.
By using the message board, you acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights (“Rights”) on our website are either owned or licensed to Spirit and Life. But we promise not to publish member content without letting you know.

The restriction, suspension or termination of our service as outlined above will be without prejudice to any other rights which Spirit and Life may have against you in respect of any breach of these terms. We can’t guarantee that the message board will always be available and that everything posted on the website is accurate. Spirit and Life therefore expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
